Holiday Periods and Long Weekends
A minimum booking period applies. Please contact Sonia & Chris with your requirements.
Single night bookings year-round will incur a loading on advertised nightly rates.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours to the booking will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook. However, we will defer the deposit to a future booking within a 12-month period from original booking.
No refunds for early departures.
